Registration for the conference will be handled
through EDAS or it may be submitted to the designated bank account for local participants (see details below). Please follow EDAS menu for registration or click

Authors must register on/by 01-Oct-2018 (Final extension).
For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for two
papers with at-least one common author.
Each extra paper above 5 paper limit, up to 7 pages in total, will be charged
at the rate of $100 per paper.
International Participants (in US Dollars or equivalent PKR)
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee: $500
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee (IEEE/OSA/SPIE members): $400
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee (NUST and UNCC Faculty): $300

Full conference registration includes and Inaugural and closing ceremonies, Tea breaks, lunches, conference dinner, and conference kit.
[For Students]
Please bear in mind that to complete your registration, you must bring your valid student ID to the registration desk when collecting your badge. Failure to do so will result in the full registration fee being applied before you are allowed to participate in the conference.
Students are offered reduced package for conference registration, so their registration does not include conference dinner
Students will get the conference kit excluding bag.
[For professionals]
Please bring your valid ID to the registration desk when collecting your badge.
The conference registration fee does not include access to either tutorials or workshops. You can register separately for tutorials and / or workshops during the registration process or through website.
Tutorials or workshop registration only includes Tea breaks on the day of the tutorial or workshop.
Tutorials or workshop registration does not include registration for the conference dinner.

All participants: Regular Fee + $50
Cancellations on or prior to 28-Sep-2018 will incur a 50% administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to General Chair.
