The submission and review of technical papers for 15th International Conference HONET-ICT 2018
will be handled by the conference's paper submission and review system (EDAS), accessible from
the website. Submitted papers must contain original work that has not been previously published or
presented elsewhere. All full-length reviewed papers accepted and presented at HONET-ICT 2018 will be
published in the conference proceedings on CD and IEEE Xplore. At least one author must
pre-register for the conference, paying the full registration fee, in order to have their paper included
on CD and submitted to IEEE Xplore. During the acceptance process, the corresponding author should identify the
presenter of the paper. A total of 5 double-column printed pages are allowed for each full-length
reviewed paper. A page charge of $100.00 will be applied for each extra page (up to 2 extra pages for full-length
reviewed papers) exceeding the 5-page limit (7 pages maximum). Authors can submit multiple papers and
one full registration covers 2 papers. All submissions must comply with
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations,
and IEEE Standards and Policies. Papers failing to comply with these policies will be dropped
from the conference and publication.
All paper submissions will be handled electronically.
The format should conform to the guidelines available below where you can download the paper writing templates.

It is the author's responsibility to make sure that the paper complies to prescribed IEEE format standards,
and is free of technical/grammatical errors.
Camera ready submissions found not complying, will automatically be dropped out.
Complete the online copyright form as and when required during the process. (applicable to accepted and
presented papers only)
IMPORTANT: You must upload the final version of your source file, complete and sign the copyright
transfer no later than camera ready due date. Papers not complying will be dropped from the program.
NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.

It is mandatory that the PDF versions are generated by the IEEE eXpress PDF generation system.
The PDF eXpress can be accessed at http://www.pdf-express.org.

and fill in your information. Once logged into the system, you can create PDF files complying to IEEE
