Registration Information
Registration for the conference will be handled through EDAS. Please follow EDAS menu for registration or click here.
Authors must register on/by 10-Sep-2017.
For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for two papers with at-least one common author.
Each extra paper above 5 paper limit, up to 7 pages in total, will be charged at the rate of $100 per paper.
All Participants (in US Dollars)
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee: $300
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee (IEEE/OSA/SPIE members): $200
Student Attendees (non-authors): $50
Late Registration / On site Registration
All participants: Regular Fee + $50
Payment Methods
Online registration by any major credit cards;(AMEX, MASTER, VISA, DICOVER, Etc.)
Onsite Registration by Cash in US Dollars or equivalent local currency with the rates on the date of registration fee submission.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or prior to 15-Sep-2017 will incur a 50% administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to General Chair.
