Most international delegates will require a visa to enter Qatar. Local Qatar Embassy or Consulate Offices should be contacted for the latest requirements
for obtaining Qatari visa; processing time could be several weeks.
The applicants should plan ahead.

Following documents are typically required by Embassies around the world for processing a visa however a complete list must be acquired from the respective Embassy.
1- Original Passport
2- One (or more) recent passport size color photograph with white background.
3- HONET acceptance letter (if presenting a paper/poster/workshop) and/or Proof of Online Registration for attendees and delegates.
Accpectance letter can be requested from the conference organizers (and through registration portal) once the paper is accepted and registration is completed.
4- Some embassies also like to see proof of accomodation.
University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is hosting this international
conference. UDST is conveniently located in the midst of the historically colourful vicinity

Stadiums, and authentic cuisines. Doha, Qatar is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf.
Doha is considered a beta-level global city by the Globalization and World Cities Research
Network. Doha accommodates Education City, Hamad Medical City, Doha Sports City,
Aspire Zone, Khalifa International Stadium, and the Aspire Dome. The city was host to the
first ministerial-level meeting of the Doha Development Round of World Trade
Organization negotiations. It was also selected as host city of a number of sporting events,
including the 2006 Asian Games, the 2011 Pan Arab Games and most of the games at the
2011 AFC Asian Cup. Doha hosted the 2012 UNFCCC Climate Negotiations and the 2022
FIFA World Cup.
