registration information
Registration for the conference will be handled
through EDAS. Please follow EDAS menu for registration
or click here.
Authors must register on/by Sep 17 2019.
For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for two
papers with at-least one common author.
Student registartions only cover one paper. Papers registered with student registration
must be presented by the student.
Each extra paper above 5 page limit, up to 7 pages in total, will be charged
at the rate of $100 per paper.

Speaker/Presenter/Attendee: $500
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee (IEEE/OSA/SPIE members): $400
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee (NUST and UNCC Faculty): $300
Students: $150

cancellation policy
Cancellations on or prior to Sep 12 2019 will incur a 50% administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to General Chair.
