Author's Instructions

The submission and review of technical papers for 13th International Symposium HONET-ICT 2016 will be handled by the conference's paper submission and review system (EasyChair^TM), accessible from the website. The submitted papers must contain original work and not have been previously published or presented elsewhere. All full-length reviewed papers accepted and presented at HONET-ICT 2016 will be published in the conference proceedings on CD and IEEE Xplore. Hardcopy conference proceedings will contain only program and abstracts and can be ordered for additional fee. At least one author must pre-register for the conference and present the paper, paying the full registration fee, in order to have their paper included on CD and IEEE Xplore. During the acceptance process, the corresponding author should identify the presenter of the paper. A total of 5 double-column printed pages are allowed for each full-length reviewed paper. A page charge of $100.00 will be applied for each extra page (up to 2 extra pages for full-length reviewed papers) exceeding the 5-page limit (7 pages maximum). Authors can submit multiple papers but one registration covers 2 papers. All submissions must comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, and IEEE Standards and Policies. Papers failing to comply with these policies will be dropped from the conference and publication.

It is the author's responsibility to make sure that the paper complies to prescribed IEEE format standards, and is free of technical/grammatical errors.

Camera ready submissions found not complying, will automatically be dropped out.

The Copyright transfer form must be filled, signed and uploaded with the paper via submission link as pdf attachment with Camera Ready submission.
Hand-signed and scanned (PDF) Copyright forms must be uploaded along with the paper on the paper submission system. Provide a signed copyright form for each paper. Electronically placed initials are not considered signatures.

IMPORTANT: You must upload the final version of your source file and complete and sign the copyright transfer no later than camera ready due date. Papers not complying will be dropped from the program. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.
