Authors must register on/by November 30, 2012. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to two papers.

Conference Registration Fees (in US Dollars)
Speaker/Presenter: $300 (includes IEEE/OSA/SPIE members)
Regular Attendee: $350
Student Speaker/Presenter: $200
Student Attendee: $100

Workshop/Tutorial/ Short course Registration Fees (in US Dollars)
For all Attendees (Students/Non-Students/IEEE & OSA Members): $100 / per workshop

Late Registration / On site Registration
Regular Fee + $100

Acceptable Payment Methods
Online registration by any major credit cards; Onsite Registration by Cash, Bank Drafts/Certified Bank Checks/Postal Money Orders in US Dollars or Equivalent local currency with the rates on the date of registration submission.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or prior to October 30, 2012 will incur a $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to General Chair.
