Authors must register on/by November 1, 2011. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to two papers.

Registration Fees (in US Dollars)
Speaker/Presenter: $200 (includes IEEE/OSA/SPIE members)
Regular Attendee: $250
Student Speaker/Presenter/Attendee: $100

Late Registration
Student Speaker/Presenter/Attendee: Fee + $50
All others: Fee + $100

Acceptable Payment Methods
Online registration by any major credit cards; Onsite Registration by Cash, Bank Drafts/Certified Bank Checks/Postal Money Orders in US Dollars or Equivalent Saudi Riyal with the rates on the date of registration submission.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or prior to November 1, 2011 will incur a $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to General Chair.
