Students are encouraged to present, in the form of a poster display, their original research work, that may still be in progress, showing latest results and findings.
Follow these steps for creating posters:
Standard Size for all posters is 3ft (length ) x 2ft (width)
The poster should give a clear idea about the project. Following heads may be used to present the concept:
-Problem statement
-System Model
-Problem addressed and features of the solution
The poster must have following sections:
-Top - Title of the project
-Center – Introduction/Block Diagrams/Architecture/Graphs/
-Top left – UNIVERSITY LOGO
Bottom Right – Names of the Project Members and Project Faculty Advisor Committee
Don’t put too much text in the poster
It should be attractive and should reflect creativity.
STEPS FOR POSTER SUBMISSION:
step 1- design your poster
Design your poster based on the instructions provided.
step 2- approval
It is mandatory that all posters are approved by their respective supervisors.
step 3- print your poster
Please note that it is the students' responsibility to print and mount the poster on appropriate board. Display place holders will be provided for you to hang/affix your poster at the venue. Help may be sought from the student affairs office for printing and mounting.
step 4- submit your poster

Posters will be evaluated and selected based on the novelty of proposed research and demonstration as well as the clarity and completeness.

If accepted for display, you must be present to answer any questions during the poster display session. see conference program for session details.
