The submission and review of technical papers for HONET
will be handled by the conference's paper submission and review system (EDAS), accessible from
the website. Submitted papers must contain original work that has not been previously published or
presented elsewhere. All full-length reviewed papers accepted and presented at HONET 2023 will be
published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. At least one author must
pre-register for the conference, paying the full registration fee, in order to have their paper included
on conference USB and submitted to IEEE Xplore. During the acceptance process, the corresponding author should identify the
presenter of the paper.
- Authors should strictly follow the guidelines and templates available at the website and prepare PDF-compliant version of their papers, 4 to 6 double-column pages in length. Two extra pages can be purchased at the rate of $50 each page.
- Short papers must be exactly 3 pages long.
- Authors can submit multiple papers and one full registration covers 1 paper.
- One student registration covers 1 paper.
- Each additional paper registration is subsidized to $100 per additional paper.
- For Symposium and Workshop submissions paper limits may be different therefore follow their descriptions.
- All submissions must comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations,
and IEEE Standards and Policies. Papers failing to comply with these policies will be dropped from the conference and publication.
All paper submissions will be handled electronically.
The format should conform to the guidelines available below where you can download the paper writing templates.
FOLLOW ALL STEPS SHOWN IN THE RIGHT COLUMN TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER.
It is the author's responsibility to adhere to the following guidelines. Your paper
1- must follow IEEE paper template. These are available in the right menu.
2- must not have page numbers
3- must not have copyright information in the footer
4- must be generated through PDF express
5- must have an accompanying copyright form signed online on EDAS (after acceptance notification)
6- must have the same authors and in the same order as they appear on EDAS. Your EDAS authors list must match that with both review and final manuscript.
7- is registered (after acceptance notification)
8- must have the same title as it appears on EDAS
9- must have same number of pages as review manuscript
Camera ready (final manuscript) submissions found not complying, will automatically be dropped out.
Complete the online copyright form as and when required during the process. (applicable to accepted and
presented papers only)
IMPORTANT: You must upload the final version of your source file, complete and sign the copyright
transfer no later than camera ready due date.
